The place
Sky Mansion is a private bath house in the Nor Nork district of Yerevan. In the house and its yard: a Russian steam room, a yurt banya, a cedar furako tub in the open air, an ice barrel, real snow from an outdoor snow machine, a pool beneath a glass roof, a waterfall in greenery, and a hall of singing bowls.
The session is led by a parmaster — a trained bath master, not an attendant. They read how you are doing and build the heat around it: how hot, how long, which brooms, when to send you to the cold water and when to stop. No two guests get the same session.
The rhythm is old and simple. Heat, cold, rest, tea, and back again. Most guests stay three hours and leave the building quieter than they came in.
Two ways in
Group nights are open to anyone who books a place. You arrive alone or with a friend, share the steam room with a small group — men's and women's nights are separate — and leave knowing a few names. Men on Wednesday and Friday evenings, women on Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings.

The bath is yours for the booking — nobody is added to your session. Two people, a family, a group of friends, a team. You choose the bath, the length and the pace, and the parmaster works only with you.

Group nights
Places are limited and go by booking. Everything in the program is included — there is nothing you have to bring; a swimsuit or trunks are up to you.
Three hours of steam with a parmaster, the furako, the snow machine and the pool. Tea and light food between rounds.

How an evening runs
You arrive ten minutes early, change, and sit down with herbal tea. The parmaster asks how you slept, how you feel, what you want from the evening.
A short, moderate entry into the steam room to warm the body through. No pressure, no records. Then cool water and a rest.
The main work: the parmaster moves the heat over you with oak and fir brooms, in waves, reading your breathing. This is what people come back for.
Honey scrub, a soap-and-broom massage, the furako or the ice barrel, the waterfall. Choose what your body asks for.
The last part is deliberately empty. Tea, fruit, the pool under the glass roof, or thirty minutes in the hall of singing bowls.
Eight spaces
Flat bells mounted in the steam room and struck while you lie in the heat — you feel the sound through the bench as much as you hear it. 60 °C at about 60 % humidity.
A round vault sends the steam down in a soft, enveloping wave. Separate entrance, gentler heat.
A cedar tub of hot water in the open air, under the Yerevan sky. Included in every program.
An oak barrel of water at 4–5 °C, refilled after every session. Go in or skip it — your choice. A paid extra: 19,000 ֏.
A snow machine outdoors that makes real snow, even in July — real snow all year round. The softest way to take the cold after heat.
Daylight, greenery and a full-length pool for the slow part of the evening.

Included in the rate
The rate covers the parmaster's work, the brooms and herbs, the robe, towel, felt hat and slippers, shower cosmetics, herbal tea, soft drinks, fruit and light snacks. A swimsuit or trunks are optional — your choice.
