Sky Mansion is not an hourly sauna and not a hotel spa. It is a separate house that belongs only to you and your guests for the duration of your program. A professional bath master runs the session in three rounds with oak whisks, herbs and aromatherapy. Between rounds: a cool pool, a pour-over waterfall, real snow, a hot cedar tub and an ice plunge. We are a wellness complex — we do not serve alcohol and do not allow bringing it.

Is there a real Russian banya in Yerevan?
Yes. Sky Mansion has a wood-fired Russian banya with a professional bath master who runs the steam in three rounds with oak whisks and herbs. There is also a yurt banya with softer steam — a gentler session on hay and herbs, without whisks.
Where can I find SPA and massage in Yerevan?
Sky Mansion offers massage: classic from 30 to 120 minutes, anti-cellulite, cupping and face massage. Massage can be booked separately or added to a bath program. A 60-minute classic massage is 25,000 AMD.
How much does a banya cost in Yerevan?
At Sky Mansion shared group sessions are 25,000 AMD per person for 3 hours. Booking for your own group is 35,000–60,000 AMD per person depending on party size and format. Individual programs are 50,000–90,000 AMD. Everything is included, no extra charges on site.
Can I come with my family?
Yes, the family format is one of the main ones: you book the whole mansion, no strangers. There is no age limit for regular programs; a 16+ limit applies only to special events such as the bath festival.
Can I bring alcohol?
No. Sky Mansion is a wellness complex — alcohol is not compatible with steam sessions, it is a matter of guest safety. We serve herbal tea, water, cold drinks, fruit and snacks, all already included in the program.
