Prices are in Armenian drams and are set by the length of the session, not by the number of body zones. Tell us at booking how long you want and where the work should go: a 30-minute slot does not cover the whole body, an hour or more does.
Massage is a separate procedure. It is not part of a bath rental, and the price does not include the steam room, the ice barrel, the furako or the pool — those come with a banya program, which is booked and priced on its own. If you want both on the same day, say so when you reserve and we hold the table time alongside the bath.

Inside the steam room
Bath treatments, which are not table massage
Three more procedures carry the word massage, and they belong somewhere else: the steam room, at 60 °C and around 60% humidity, done on the bench by the parmaster rather than on a table. They are added to a banya program and are not booked on their own.
The soap-and-broom massage is the banya version: thick soap foam worked over you with a broom while you lie in the heat. The honey scrub and the soap body wash are skin and cleaning work done between rounds of steam. Guests are in swimsuits throughout, exactly as on the massage table.
Individual bath programs of 90 minutes and longer already include the honey scrub and the soap-and-broom massage, so check the program before you add them separately.

A frequent question
What people mean by Russian massage
Guests searching in English for Russian massage usually mean one of two different things. Both exist here, and they are priced separately, so it is worth knowing which one you are booking.
The first is the classic hands-on technique on a massage table, with oil, worked by a therapist. On our list it is simply called classic massage: 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, 15,000 to 45,000 ֏.
The second is parenie, the ritual of the Russian banya. The parmaster moves hot air over you with oak and fir brooms while you lie still on the bench. It is not manual massage and it happens in the steam room, not on a table. Parenie is priced with the bath programs.
Before you book
How a massage is booked and how it runs
Massage is booked in advance, by name and by the clock, through WhatsApp or by phone on +374 77 899229. A booking takes 50% prepayment. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before, a date can be moved up to two days before, and if you arrive late the session is shortened rather than extended.
The work is done on a massage table, in a separate room. Guests are in swimsuits — that is a house rule, and it holds on the table and in the steam room alike. Changing rooms are separate for men and women, showers have private cubicles as well as the shared area, lockers have keys, and every guest gets a freshly laundered robe and towel and a pair of slippers.
We are at 7/1 Kocharyan Street in Nor Nork. This is not the centre of Yerevan: a taxi from Kentron takes 10 to 15 minutes. Drivers know the place as Sky Mansion. Parking is free, holds ten cars, and there are no steps between the parking and the entrance. Open daily, 11:00 to 23:00.

Honest limits
What we do not offer
It is faster to rule things out here than to have you arrive and find out. If you need any of the following, book elsewhere: we do not do them, and we will not pretend otherwise.
We are also not a massage salon in the city-centre sense. There is one published price list, every procedure is booked by name and by time, and all of it happens inside a private banya complex.
Lymphatic drainage, LPG, hot stone, ayurvedic, head spa
None of these are on our price list and none of them are performed here.
Hijama and wet cupping
Our cupping massage uses dry vacuum cups only. No incisions and no blood work of any kind.
Deep tissue and sports protocols
The list has one full-body technique, classic massage, priced by time. We do not advertise named deep tissue or sports protocols.
Home and hotel visits
Therapists do not travel. Every procedure happens on site at Kocharyan 7/1.
Night and 24-hour service
We work 11:00 to 23:00, every day. There is nothing after 23:00 and no overnight stay.
Hammam, alcohol, accommodation
There is no Turkish bath here, no alcohol in any format, and no rooms to sleep in.

How much does a massage cost at Sky Mansion?
Classic massage is 15,000 ֏ for 30 minutes, 25,000 ֏ for 60, 35,000 ֏ for 90 and 45,000 ֏ for 120. Anti-cellulite massage is 25,000 ֏ per hour, cupping massage 30,000 ֏ per hour, and facial massage 12,000 ֏ for 30 minutes. Prices are in Armenian drams.
Do you do Thai massage?
No. There is no Thai massage at Sky Mansion, and no lymphatic drainage, LPG, hot stone, ayurvedic or head spa either. What we do have is classic massage by time, anti-cellulite massage, cupping massage and facial massage, plus the bath treatments done in the steam room.
Is cupping massage the same as hijama?
No. Cupping massage means dry vacuum cups moved over the skin during a 60-minute session, 30,000 ֏. Hijama, or wet cupping, involves incisions and blood, and we do not perform it.
Does the massage price include the steam room and the pool?
No. A massage is a standalone procedure on a table. The steam room, the ice barrel, the furako and the pool under the glass roof come with a banya program, booked and priced separately. If you want both on the same day, say so when you book and we hold the two times together.
Do you have deep tissue or sports massage?
Not as named services. The price list has one full-body technique — classic massage, booked as 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Tell the therapist at the start what you want worked on and how long you have.
Do you come to a home or a hotel, and are you open at night?
No to both. Every procedure happens on site at 7/1 Kocharyan Street, and we work from 11:00 to 23:00 daily. There is no night service, no 24-hour service and no accommodation.
Where are you, and how far is it from the centre?
7/1 Kocharyan Street, Nor Nork — a residential district east of the centre, 10 to 15 minutes by taxi from Kentron. We are not a central address and do not claim to be. Parking is free, holds ten cars, and there are no steps between the parking and the entrance. Taxi drivers know the place as Sky Mansion.
