You do not need experience, equipment or a high tolerance for heat. You need three free hours; a swimsuit or trunks are optional. The rest is ours.

The shape of a visit
Five steps
1. Arrival and tea
Change, sit down, drink something warm. The parmaster asks how you feel and adjusts the plan to the answer.
2. Warming up
A short first entry at moderate heat. You lie down, breathe, and come out before it becomes work.
3. Parenie
The parmaster moves hot air over you with the brooms in waves. You lie still and do nothing. This is the centre of the whole visit.
4. Cold and care
The ice barrel, the snow machine or the waterfall — for as long as you like, or not at all. Then the honey scrub, the soap-and-broom massage or the furako.
5. Rest
Tea, the pool under the glass roof, and if you booked it, thirty minutes in the hall of singing bowls.

Questions
Is there really no alcohol?
None. You cannot buy it here, bring it with you, or arrive having had a drink — including on birthdays and company evenings. Heat and alcohol together are a genuine risk to the heart, and the state people come here for is built by steam, cold water, tea and quiet instead.
Do I have to go into the ice barrel or the snow?
No. Both are optional, always. Plenty of guests spend their first visit going no colder than the pool.
What do I wear in the steam room?
A swimsuit or trunks if you like, plus the felt bath hat, which is not optional. Everything else — robe, towel, slippers — is provided.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Group nights are made for exactly that: men on Wednesday and Friday from 20:00 to 23:00, women on Sunday from 13:00 to 16:00 and on Thursday from 20:00 to 23:00, 25,000 ֏ per guest.
Are the baths mixed?
Group nights are single-gender. A private booking is whoever you bring — couples, families and mixed groups all book the same way.
How long does a visit last?
Three hours for group nights and for the two-bath format; a private booking of one bath runs 2.5 hours. Individual programs run 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Should I eat before I come?
Eat one to one and a half hours before. Arriving straight from a full meal makes the heat unpleasant; arriving hungry makes it worse.
What is a parmaster?
The person who runs your session with the brooms. Not an attendant who tops up the water — someone trained to read your state and build the heat, the rhythm and the stopping point around it.
Can I come with a child?
Yes, from six months. Children under 10 come free; from 10 to 15, half the price of any programme, couples and private sessions included. Tell us the child's age when you book — the parmaster prepares a soft programme for it.
Can we stay the night?
No. Sky Mansion is a daytime complex, open 11:00 to 23:00, with no accommodation.

Heat, cold and your body
A Russian bath puts real demands on the body. Most people handle it easily, some should not take it without asking a doctor first, and nobody should take it on top of alcohol.
In pregnancy, with hypertension, arrhythmia or any chronic diagnosis, the decision belongs to your doctor, not to us and not to the parmaster. Come with an answer rather than a hope.
During the session, tell the parmaster the moment something feels wrong — dizziness, a heavy head, a racing pulse. Leaving the steam room early is normal and nobody will think anything of it.
